Do you feel like your mind and body are working against you?As if all your hard work to keep your relationships, identity, and faith balanced will fall apart at any moment.

You may be frustrated with giving so much of yourself away. You are burned out in your relationships and employment. You have been “faking it until you make it” for as long as you can remember. You might even be questioning who you are in the midst of the chaos. All you want is for your mind to stop racing, your heart to slow down, feel secure in own skin, and feel seen by your loved ones. Most of all, you are ready to love yourself and your life again.

Coming to therapy can be scary because it is such a huge step to ask for help and let someone into your vulnerable space. So having a therapist that can help explore what, why, and how you think, feel, and behave the way you do can be groundbreaking. A therapist with a fresh perspective and will not sugar coat the signs.

As an experienced holistic therapist, I believe that connecting the body, mind, and spirit in therapy can best achieve your desire for self-confidence, healthy relationships, stronger faith, and purpose. You do not have to continue feeling unhappy and feeling like you are fighting a losing battle. Let’s fight for your life together.

  • My approach is warm, steady, and honest. Most people come to me feeling tired, disconnected, or unsure of who they even are anymore. Some have never had the chance to slow down long enough to figure that out. I help you pause, breathe, and make room for the parts of you that have been ignored, silenced, or buried under responsibility.

I work through a holistic lens of mind, body, and spirit. Instead of asking you to "know yourself," we explore what's happening emotionally, physically, and spiritually so you can start recognizing your own voice again. We gently uncover what feels true for you, what feels heavy, and what needs attention or healing. There's no pressure to have answers. This is a space to discover them.

For couples, I use the Gottman Method to help you understand the heart of the conflict without blame or shame. You'll learn to communicate clearly, repair honestly, and see each other with fresh eyes. Whether you're rebuilding or deciding what direction to take, we slow the chaos down so you can hear the truth underneath the arguments.

When you're coming in alone, I help you build a relationship with yourself. Maybe you don't know who you are. You may have never had the space to even ask the question. That's okay. We start where you are. We look at the weight you've been carrying, the patterns that feel familiar, the parts of you that are tired, and the parts that are ready to grow.

No matter how you show up, I meet you with steadiness, compassion, and zero judgment. You don't have to know who you are before you walk in. You just have to show up. We'll discover the rest together.
