Group Facilitator, Couples & Individual Therapist
"I help adults who are tired of pretending everything’s fine. You’ve been keeping it together for everyone else—but you’re falling apart inside. As someone who knows what it’s like to hold everything in for too long, I’m passionate about creating a space where you can finally release, reflect, and rebuild.
This group is a no-pressure zone. You get to set the pace. My goal is to help you gently explore what you’re holding so you can begin to process, release, and heal. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore."
Who This Group Will Help Most
This group is designed for adults ready for psychoeducation, skill-building, and a healing community. It is a powerful step in your healing journey.
However, this group is not a substitute for intensive, one-on-one therapy for individuals in acute crisis. If you are currently struggling with severe, unmanaged symptoms or active suicidal ideation, individual therapy or a higher level of care is the most appropriate and supportive next step.
